Full Stack Engineer

Build the interfaces and infrastructure that brokers and their customers interact with every day.

About the role

We're building an AI operating system for insurance brokerages. Our agents handle the full service stack: quotes, renewals, endorsements, intake, and claims triage, wired directly into the systems brokers already run on. The goal is to give every brokerage the capacity of a team twice its size, without adding headcount.

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to own the product layer. That means the broker-facing dashboards, the conversation interfaces, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running reliably in production. You'll work directly with the founders and ship every week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain the broker-facing dashboard where teams manage their AI agents, monitor conversations, and action anything that needs a human.

  • Improve and extend existing product as we learn from real brokerage usage.

  • Build the APIs and backend services that connect our agents to brokerage management systems.

  • Work directly with brokerages to understand how they operate and turn that into product decisions.

About you

  • 3+ years building and shipping production web applications.

  • Strong across the full stack. Comfortable in React, Node, TypeScript, and working with APIs and databases.

  • You write clean code that other people can work in and you move fast without breaking things.

  • You ship fast and care about what lands in production, not just what works in a notebook.

  • Comfortable working with and building on top of AI models and APIs.

  • Interested in solving hard problems in regulated industries. Insurance experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $150 to $250k and meaningful equity in an early-stage company.

  • Direct ownership of the AI that powers a category-defining product.

  • Work alongside operators, builders, and founders who care about the craft.

  • Health and dental benefits.

  • Wellness benefits.

  • Dinner covered if you're in the office past 7:30pm.

  • Expenses covered for conferences, tools, and anything you need to do your job well
