GTM Engineer

We’re looking for a founding GTM Engineer to help define how insurance companies adopt and deploy AI agents across their workflows. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, turning real customer problems into live deployments that drive measurable outcomes. Your job is to take our AI messaging agents and make them work in the real world across quoting, renewals, servicing, and claims.

You will work closely with the founders and early insurance partners to scope use cases, build integrations, and get agents live inside production environments. This includes connecting to systems like broker management systems, CRMs, and carrier APIs, designing onboarding flows, and ensuring customers see value quickly. You will be responsible for taking deals from “interested” to “live and working.”

This role is for someone who enjoys both building and selling, and understands that early stage growth comes from shipping real solutions, not just talking about them. You will write code, configure workflows, test prompts and work directly with customers to iterate fast. You will also help shape how we position the product, refine our pitch, and identify the highest impact use cases.

You should be comfortable working across the stack with tools like APIs, webhooks, and new AI tools, while also being able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our core engineering team, ensuring what we build aligns with real operational needs.

We are looking for someone who thrives in high autonomy environments, enjoys being close to customers, and wants ownership over growth and deployment. As one of the first hires on the GTM side, you will have outsized influence on revenue, customer experience, and how we scale distribution.

Compensation is $120–200k plus equity, a new MacBook Pro, and more.
